Tasks before your first session
- Please download the holistic wellness assessment and return a completed copy by email to email@example.com at least 24h before your consultation.
- Download and complete the goals for session worksheet below and spend some time reflecting on the challenges you are currently experiencing and your intentions for our work together. You are welcome to complete this worksheet before each of our sessions.
